Take care of your feet with this fabulous foot soak. So adding a detoxifying and soothing foot soak to your weekly life is a great way to make both you and your feet feel better.

Detoxifying Food Soak

  • 1-gallon warm water in a container large enough to hold both your feet
  • ½ cup Epsom salts
  • ½ cup Himalayan sea salt
  • A generous splash of raw apple cider vinegar
  • 3 drops of your favorite Bara blend

Soak your feet 20-25 minutes
If you’d like, before drying off your feet you can use a pumice stone to remove calluses
For an extra special treat dry off your feet and apply some Cracked Heel Saver plus a pair of comfy socks

Cracked Heel Salve

1 cup organic coconut oil
1/3 cup shea butter
3 Tablespoons beeswax
10 drops of your favorite Bara blend


  • Double boiler
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Whisk
  • Lidded jar for storage

Using a double boiler place beeswax chips, shea butter, and coconut oil in the top of the double boiler
Fill the bottom with water to the appropriate fill line
Bring water to medium heat and stir regularly until all ingredients are melted
Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes
Stir in Bara drops
Whisk slightly
Pour into jar and cover

To use simply apply some of the mixture to the areas of your feet that need a little extra love and attention. So, put on a pair of comfy socks and wear them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
